Payment

We accept PayPal only. Please make a payment within 3 days after the bidding is ended. Otherwise, an unpaid case will be automatically opened and the transaction will be expired 4 days after the case opened. The item will be re-listed.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Japan via EMS of Japan Post or DHL (Shipping carrier will be chosen by seller) to ebay registered address only. 

The item will be shipped from Japan. Weather condition, customs clearance and other factors may affect the delivery date and time.

We are not responsible for the lost, stolen, damaged or other flaws that occurred during the transportation in your country. Therefore, if such a case occurs, please report the complaint directly to the carriers like USPS, DHL USA and any carriers in your country without any delay. After the investigation based on your claim to them, we will consider a partial or full refund to cover such cases.  

When your package is returned to us as a result of an insufficient/unknown address, not deliverable, refused or not called for, we will not be able to re-ship it and your order will be cancelled automatically. 

EMS: Delivery takes about 4-7 days to Asia & USA, and takes 5 to 10 days to Europe. 

DHL: Delivery takes about 3 business days to USA. 

Terms of Sales

 Any customs fees, duties, taxes and other charges in buyers country are the responsibility of the buyers. Please contact your country's customs office to find out these costs before bidding or buying.   

Return

The product pictures may not show the exact color of the item due to the wide range of computer monitors, color displays, the lighting conditions, etc.  

We post as many pictures of the item as possible in order to give you the better idea of exactly what it looks like. However, it is difficult to show every angle of each item. We mainly post the pictures of smudges, scratches, dirt, and stains found on the item. Therefore, we will not accept these factors as a reason for your return request. All items do not come with any dust bags, boxes, lock & keys and other accessories except that shown on the photos. We sell pre-owned, secondhand items. Therefore, please note that the returns will not be accepted for reasons such as the Items is used and have the damages.    

Some of the used items may have an odor or smell that you find unpleasant. Please note that we do not consider these odors to be a valid reason for returns.   

 Your items will be folded and wrapped in bubble wraps and shipped in a paper bags.
